The Piedmont Chapter of the Georgia Society Sons of the American Revolution is located in Roswell, GA and seeks to perpetuate the purpose of the SAR with its support of veterans, Scouting, JROTC, educational, historical, and patriotic interests in the community we serve. It is proud of its dynamic Community Support Program which is comprised of its Speakers Bureau, its “Traveling Trunk” presentations for schools and community organizations, and one of the premier and most participatory Color Guards in the Georgia Society. The Piedmont Chapter covers northern Fulton County, including the cities of Roswell, Alpharetta, Milton, and Johns Creek, as well as portions of east Cobb County and lower Forsyth County.

The Piedmont Chapter meets on the third Saturday of each month at 8am for breakfast and interesting speakers at the Bill Johnson Community Activity Building on Roswell Area Park Drive, Building A in the City of Roswell Area Park.. The Park address is 10495 Woodstock Road, Roswell, GA 30075. From route 400 take exit 7 going west on Holcomb Bridge Road to Woodstock Rd, turn left onto Woodstock Road, and proceed to the third traffic light at the Roswell Area Park sign and turn left onto Roswell Area Park Drive. Watching for speed bumps, proceed to the second right turn which will be Emmett Rushin Circle. The first building on your left will be Building A. There is plenty of parking available in the lot in front of building A.
