On November 4\, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Patriot Jacob Higginbotham. \n  \nInformation for the Higginbotham Ceremony. \nDirections from Downtown Elberton: (Intersection of Highway 17 aka College Avenue and Highway 77 aka N Oliver Street to the Jacob Higginbotham Grave) Go North on College Avenue / Highway 77 approx. 7.2 miles\, turn left on Centerville Road\, right beside Elbert Co. Fire Dept. Station 6. Centerville Rd. will change to Cunningham Rd. and the grave is approximately 4/10 miles from the Fire Department. \n911 address approx. is 2367 Cunningham Rd.
