DESCRIPTION:The Henry Laurens Chapter\, South Carolina Society SAR and\nThe Colonel William Few Chapter\, Georgia Society SAR\nCordially invite you to attend the\n242nd Anniversary Commemoration of the\nFirst Siege of Augusta\, September 14-18\, 1780 \non \nSaturday\, September 17\, 2022\, at 1:30 PM\nSalvation Army Kroc Center Auditorium\n1833 Broad Street\, Augusta\, Georgia \nSAR\, DAR\, C.A.R. and other patriotic and lineage societies and chapters are invited to\nparticipate in a formal wreath laying ceremony as part of the program. Participants presenting a\nwreath need to check in at the registration table by 1:00 PM. Continental\, Militia or period\nattire is encouraged. \nThe first part of the ceremony to be held in the auditorium\, will include Greetings\, a Battle\nSeminar\, conducted by Military Historian Steven J. Rauch\, and Wreath Presentations.
