DESCRIPTION:CELEBRATE FREDERICA PATRIOT’S DAY \n\nApril 19th – a significant date in the founding of our Nation – the “shot heard around the world” at Lexington and Concord in 1775\, and the capture of British Vessels on the Frederica River at Saint Simons Island in 1778. \n\nSATURDAY\, April 16th\, 2022 \n10:00 a.m. – Memorial Ceremony – Saint Simons Island Casino\, 550 Beachview Dr\, Saint Simons Island\, GA – SAR Color Guard with Revolutionary Flags\, Patriotic Music\, Wreath Presentation\, Cannon and Musket Salutes.
