DESCRIPTION:The NSSAR South Atlantic District and the Florida Society Sons of the American Revolution The Battle of Alligator Creek Bridge \nCeremony: June 28\, 2025 at 10:00 am \nThe battle took place on June 30\, 1778\, at the bridge over Alligator Creek in what is now Callahan\, Florida in the county of Nassau. \nApproximately 1000 Continental and British troops were involved. \nThe program will take place at the following location: \n543378 US Highway 1\nCallahan\, FL 32011-3856\nMulti-Purpose Building \nRSVP \nNotification of attendance will be required no later than Wednesday June 5\, 2025.
