The Marietta National Cemetery event begins at 8:00 a.m. and they have requested that color guard and musket firing participants arrive early (by 7:00 a.m. or so at the latest).\n \nBrad Quinlan\, when he reached out to me in February\, said that the Secretary of the Interior has implemented a new requirement before musket firing at these kinds of events\, that the musket firing individuals be provided a brief safety training.
