Kettle Creek – Colonial Service

The service will be held at The Episcopal Church of the Mediator located at 214 East Robert Tombs Avenue, Washington, GA 30673

9:00 A.M. – Memorial Service – Join the Georgia Society SAR and the Kettle Creek Chapter, NSDAR in a Colonial Worship Service honoring the Wilkes County Militia (Heroes of the Hornets’ Nest) and the SC Upper 96 Militia who together defeated the Loyalists at the Battle of Kettle Creek. As in the past, this Colonial Service is open to the public, and everyone is encouraged to participate.
