Notes:
From Atlanta, Athens, Gainesville, Macon, Washington, Thomson and other points west of Augusta:
Head toward Appling, GA 30802 and get off Interstate 20 at exit 183 (Harlem/Appling/US Hwy 221). Turn left onto U.S. Highway 221N / GA Highway 47W. Travel 2.5 miles and turn right at the Circle K / Shell Gas store onto Columbia Road (GA Hwy 232 east). Travel 1.7 miles and turn left onto Louisville Road. Go 3.7 miles to the end of Louisville Road and turn left on Tubman Road. Travel 1.3 miles on Tubman Road and the Marshall Historical Site and sign are on the right.

From Savannah:
Head toward Augusta and take U.S. Highway 25N to Interstate 520W (Bobby Jones Expressway). Exit onto Interstate 20 West and take exit 190 (Grovetown). Turn right onto Lewiston Road (GA Hwy 388N) and travel 1.5 miles. Turn left at the traffic light onto Columbia Road (GA Hwy 232E). Go 5.0 miles on Columbia Road and turn right onto Louisville Road. Go 3.7 miles to the end of Louisville Rd and turn left on Tubman Road. Travel 1.3 miles on Tubman Road and the Marshall Historical Site and sign are on the right.

From Augusta/Evans/Martinez:
-Coming down Washington Road, go 0.5 miles past Windmill Plantation and turn left onto Old Washington Road. Travel 1.8 miles to the end of Old Washington Road and turn left onto Tubman Road. Go 2.2 miles on Tubman Road and the Marshall Historical Site and sign are on the right.

-Coming down Columbia Road, go 5.0 miles past the intersection with Lewiston and Hereford Farm Roads, and turn right onto Louisville Road. Go 3.7 miles to the end of Louisville Road and turn left on Tubman Road. Travel 1.3 miles on Tubman Road and the Marshall Historical Site and sign are on the right.
